The Jewel Box FAQ'S
1. WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY BOX?
*Your box will be arrive in your mailbox on the 1st of each quarterly month, April, June, September and December. Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping after payment is processed 15 days before.
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted and you will receive your box for the following quarterly month on the 1st.
2. IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
*There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your boxes and be in fashion with us for a long time. However, if you need to cancel your subscription, please go to your account at billing.stripe.com and click the link to cancel your subscription.
Please note – cancellation requests must be received 30 days before your quarterly month or you will be charged for the following quarter.
3. HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD OR MY BILLING ADDRESS?
*Please log into your account at billing.stripe.com. You’ll see a place to update your payment method, contact info and billing/shipping address information on your dashboard.
4. WHAT IS I DON'T LIKE ONE OF THE ITEMS?
*The boxes are chosen or created by the designer. Whilst we hope you love them all, we realize not all designs or colors will work for everyone. If that is the case, we encourage you to gift the set to someone who will look and feel great wearing it. This is a Gratitude Gift opportunity. Share what you love with a friend or family member. Each item is individual packaged, so they can easily be gifted. But we are sure you love each and every item you receive.
